Maker Mind Labs specializes in PCB prototyping, CNC manufacturing, IoT solutions, and educational workshops. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at any time without notice. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Maker Mind Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.

Maker Mind Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

Orders for custom PCB or CNC manufacturing cannot be cancelled once production has started. For other products and services, please refer to our specific Refund Policy page. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the Terms and Conditions on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.
